Frequently Asked Questions

English

I did not receive the email with a link to the survey.

Possible solutions:

  • Check your spam folder (junk mail).

  • If the survey invite is not in your spam folder, send an email to virtuel@aliaconseil.com to have the survey invite email resent.

I deleted the email invite with the link to the survey by mistake. Can you resend me the original email?

Absolutely! Send an email to virtuel@aliaconseil.com to have the survey invite email resent.

I’d like to answer the survey at home. Can I have the email with the link to the survey sent to my personal email address?

You can transfer your email invite to your personal email address and answer the survey whenever and wherever you like. Just make sure you use the same device to answer all the survey questions. For example, you can’t start the survey on your home computer and finish it on your work computer.

However, it is important not to forward the email to a colleague, as the link to the online survey is unique and allows only one person to complete the questionnaire.

Can I go back and change an answer after completing the survey?

Once you’ve completed a question, you can go back and modify an answer as long as you haven’t clicked on the “Submit” button at the end of the survey.

I started answering the questionnaire, but I have to stop my session for now. Will my answers be deleted?

No, as you complete the survey, each of your answers is saved once you click on the arrow to go to the next question.

If you cannot finish the survey in one go, you can simply close your browser and come back later. To access your unfinished survey at a later time, click on your unique link included in the email invite and you will be taken to the last question you answered. However, it’s important to use the same device to answer all the survey questions, for example, your desktop computer.

I completed the survey, but I am not sure whether my data was saved. I’d like to check my impressions so I don’t have to retake the survey.

Don’t worry! As you complete the survey, each of your answers is saved once you click on the arrow to go to the next question.

I completed the survey, but I’d like to add comments to my answers. Can I go back into the questionnaire and add them?

Once the questionnaire has been submitted, you cannot go back to change your answers or add comments.

However, you can email your additional comments to virtuel@aliaconseil.com. These will then be added anonymously to the other comments collected through the survey.

One of my coworkers did not receive the email with a link to the survey. Can I forward them my email?

No. The survey access link is unique and designed to give only one person access to the questionnaire.

If someone at your organization did not receive the email with the link to the survey, they need to send an email to virtuel@aliaconseil.com to have the survey invite email resent.

Since I’m the only person in my department working on a contractual basis, how will my information be kept confidential when results are presented?

We do not disclose data of any group with fewer than seven respondents. Keeping your answers confidential is one of our biggest priorities.

What assurances can you give us that the process is confidential, since each link to the survey is unique to a specific employee?

Alia Consulting take respondents’ privacy and security very seriously.

We use survey links that are specific to each employee so that you can complete the questionnaire in multiple steps without losing the answers you have already given.

Your employer will not have access to your individual answers. Individual survey responses are not accessible to your employer, as they are compiled by Alia Consulting. Alia Consulting then analyzes the results and produces a final report of aggregated data, ensuring that no one can in any way identify who answered what.

As an added protective measure, we will not disclose any information about groups with fewer than seven people.
