Our Story
Alia Consulting is a Quebec-based company specialized in organizational development since 1988.
Its objective is to improve the performance and health of an organization by acting on its culture, leadership practices, operations, and human relationships.
The company was formed from the merger of FRP Groupe-Conseil and FDO AXION in 2004. Since then, it has integrated Didasko in 2009 and joined forces with NVS Learning in 2012, thus expanding its e-learning skills.
In 2018, Alia Conseil introduced the shared leadership approach, allowing its consultants to share roles and responsibilities according to their skills and interests.
In 2020, the company adopted virtual work to reduce its ecological footprint and gradually implemented a hybrid working model with premises available in three regions.
Since 2022, employees have been working four days a week, leaving them Friday for personal activities.
In 2024, Alia Conseil celebrated its 30th anniversary and established several partnerships: SuccessFinder, Pôle D HEC Montréal, Alias and maintained excellent collaborations with CRHA, Pardeux and Vooban .
Finally, at the beginning of 2025, we formalized a significant step for Alia Conseil: the implementation of our succession strategy.
