Laurence Zert, General Manager CSMOCA,
Project Leader: Managerial Skills

The CMOCA, in collaboration with four other sectoral committees, worked with the firm Alia to develop online training for first-level managers. Despite the project's complexity—meeting the needs of five different sectors—the Alia team distinguished itself through its professionalism, flexibility, and rigorous follow-up. The training was delivered on time, and initial feedback from managers was very positive.
