I did not receive the email containing the link to access the survey.
Here are some possible solutions.
Check your junk mail (spam) folder.
If the survey invitation email is not in your junk mail folder, send an email to virtuel@aliaconseil.com so that the email can be sent to you again.
I accidentally deleted the invitation email containing the survey link. Is it possible to resend the original email?
Certainly! Send an email to virtuel@aliaconseil.com with your request so that the survey invitation email can be resent to you.
I would like to complete the survey from home. Can I receive the email containing the survey link at my personal email address?
You can forward your invitation email to your personal address and complete the survey at the time and place of your choosing.
The important thing is not to forward the email to a colleague, since the link to access the online survey is unique and only allows one person to complete the questionnaire.
Can we change our answer after we have completed the survey?
Once the question has been completed, it is not possible to go back and change an answer.
I started answering the questionnaire, but I have to interrupt my session. Will my data be deleted?
No, your answers are recorded throughout the survey, each time you click on Next Page .
If you are unable to complete the survey in one session, you can return to it later by simply closing your browser. To access your incomplete survey at a later time, click on your unique link included in the invitation email, and you will return to the last question you answered.
I completed the survey, but I'm not sure if my data was saved. I'd like to confirm my impressions to avoid having to complete the survey a second time.
The answers to the questions are recorded throughout the survey, each time you click on Next Page .
I've completed the survey, but I'd like to add comments to my answers. Can I go back to the questionnaire to add them?
Once the questionnaire has been completed, it is not possible to return to it to modify answers or add comments.
However, you can send your additional comments by email to virtuel@aliaconseil.com . These will then be added to the other comments collected during the study.
One of my colleagues did not receive the email containing the link to the survey. Can I forward my email to them?
No. The link to access the online survey is unique and only allows one person to complete the questionnaire.
If someone in your organization has not received the email containing the link to access the survey, they should send an email to virtuel@aliaconseil.com so that a personalized invitation email can be sent to them.
Given that I am the only person in management with a contractual status, how will information be treated confidentially in the presentation of results?
As soon as a group has fewer than seven respondents, we will not release the data for that group. Ensuring the confidentiality of responses is one of our highest priorities.
How can you assure us that this is a confidential process, given that the link providing access to the survey is unique to each employee?
Alia Conseil takes the privacy and security of respondents very seriously.
The survey access links are unique to each employee to allow you to complete the questionnaire in several stages without previously given answers being erased.
Your employer will not have any access to your personal information. Furthermore, individual survey responses are not available, as your answers are compiled by Alia Conseil. Alia Conseil then analyzes the results and produces a final report, ensuring that no one can, in any way , identify the source of this data.
To add an additional element of protection, we have also committed to not providing any information that relates to any respondent group that consists of fewer than seven people.
