INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER – EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIST

Alia Conseil is looking for instructional designers comfortable with educational technologies to support the development of its learning solutions practice.

Your main responsibilities
Within our team, you will be expected to exercise your pedagogical leadership by:

acting as a learning strategist , analyzing customer needs and proposing tailored, innovative and effective solutions;

supporting clients in the design and implementation of hybrid training programs , combining traditional methods and educational technologies (e.g. e-learning, virtual classroom, video, etc.);

designing customized training materials , based on proven pedagogical approaches;

recommending and guiding the implementation of various techno-pedagogical solutions;

participating in consulting mandates in training management and skills development.
What we are looking for
-
Relevant training in educational technology, andragogy or any other related field.

Over 5 years of experience in instructional design, including a solid mastery of the ADDIE model.

Experience in consulting and intervention within companies.

Proficiency with digital tools, including Articulate Rise, Storyline, and the Microsoft Office suite.

Sense of initiative, rigor and strong customer focus .

Collaborative spirit and a desire to advance practices in the field.

Bilingualism (French-English) is an asset, but not essential.
