It is with immense pride that, at the beginning of 2025, we are officially announcing a great milestone for Alia Consulting; our succession strategy!

 

Having been at the helm of Alia Consulting for almost 30 years, Catherine Privé and Hugo Privé wanted to prepare and ensure the sustainability of this wonderful human adventure.

 

For more than a year now, all of Alia Conseil's employees have been complicit in this strategy by strengthening its shared leadership management style and by taking on strategic responsibilities by three new partners: Emilie Bibeau, Sarah Lortie and Lola Juhel.

 

Thus, Catherine Privé will continue the transition and will serve as a consultant within the team for the next year, bringing her characteristic passion and, above all, being a staunch supporter and ally of Alia Consulting, ensuring its continued success. Hugo Privé will assume the presidency to support the three new partners in realizing their full potential and to ensure that the close collaboration, customized approach, and high-quality expertise for which our clients value us remain central to our practices.

 

Our human adventure continues and Alia Consulting wishes to be and remain the ally of choice in the search for relevant solutions to the challenges of a society that is transforming.
